Trust centre
These are application controls. Their effectiveness depends on correct deployment, access administration and operational procedures.
Identity and access
Authenticator-based two-factor authentication supports encrypted secrets and one-use recovery codes. Workspace-scoped permissions govern transport operations. Customer views are restricted to linked customers, and drivers access assigned work.
Operational safeguards
Dispatch checks vehicle readiness, maintenance, driver duty, capacity and scheduling conflicts. Protected movements require an approved protected mission. Existing remote-command approvals and safety interlocks remain part of the security platform.
Evidence and audit
Delivery evidence is stored privately and served through authenticated access checks. Movement events form a hash-linked history. These controls support investigation; they do not make database access tamper-proof.
Integration security
Transport APIs use scoped access tokens and workspace permissions. The existing telemetry ingestion interface verifies request signatures, timestamps, nonces and configured source restrictions.
Deployment responsibility
Operators must configure HTTPS, secure cookies, backups, monitoring, private storage and appropriate document requirements. No certification or guaranteed theft prevention is claimed.
